Fantastic turn out for our Walpole sale but don’t worry, we have loads of stuff still to offer! Comments heard today “ how can there be so much stuff in one house… this is so cool!!” 😂 “ can you please let us know when you have another one? These are the best prices I have ever seen at an estate sale!” “ I have to come back tomorrow.. my brain needs a minute” 😂😂😂😂 hope to see you there Tomorrow and Sunday!!

It’s that time again! Time for the annual name your price yard sale! Once a year, my friend and I go through all of our stock and we drag it all out in my driveway for three days! We pretty much let people name their own prices. The last two years we haven’t had to haggle once! The people that have come have been fair and it has been lots of fun! We are doing it again this weekend so come on over to 391 Martello Rd. in Franklin Friday at 9 AM on the dot! Make yourself a pile and pay what it it is worth to you! This is a great sale for people that rent space and shops or sell at flea markets, etc. August 15th, 16th and 17th 9 AM to 2 PM!

Joe’s retirement party at school is today!! 31 years!! I think he’s the only person I know that has stayed in the same job with the same system that long aside from my aunt! We are so proud of you. I am very excited to see what the next chapter brings for us.❤️
