The "Geode" prints from this Flora & Form Collection are absolutely packed with colors and different types of forms. This contains geode-like shapes in varied sizes and shapes, in shades of orange, green, and gray against a deep teal background. There are a multitude of intricate details, dots and lines, abstract floral elements, geometric patterns and artistic touches. This print definitely will make a bold, artistic statement in whatever project for which it is used.

This next fabric, one of the "Strata" choices, shows a gorgeous collection of colors and artistic techniques that mix bands of colors like smoky blues, light and dark greens, brown, charcoal gray, black, and touches of white. Adding multiple variations of dots, lines, brushstrokes, metallic gold accents, and watercolor effects creates a wonderful overall design that continues to draw you in to its beauty.

We recently visited our fabric distributor and found a group of NEW prints I couldn't resist. They are nothing like what I've bought before; but they fascinate me. They're from Windham Fabrics and are part of the Flora & Form Collection. These designs combine nature, specifically geology, with abstract art, and add strategically placed gold metallic touches - all designed to keep you studying the fabric. Keep watching for posts focusing on each one of them - know that I'm thinking of how to use them to make some more of my new Snack Mats (which can also be used as Candle Mats).

Another Autumn Snack Mat before I start sewing/creating again. This one has several different flowers, fall leaves, pumpkins of different colors, and the variegated plain colors that are not really plain at all. I just love the gold metallic accents on them. This one is labelled SM-6.

The Fall Season has so many variations of prints to use. There's the fall flowers, like sunflowers and mums and berries, etc. Then there's the beautiful colors of fallen leaves. And the harvest of pumpkins, apples, Thanksgiving season...
