🏠 A strong roof starts with a solid foundation.
When we tear a roof down to the plywood, we’re not just looking at what’s coming off — we’re paying close attention to what’s underneath.
The roof decking is the foundation of your roofing system. Any wood that is rotted, soft, damaged, or no longer structurally sound needs to be replaced before new roofing materials go on.
But that doesn’t mean every sheet of plywood needs to be replaced.
At Roger Worley Jr Construction, we believe in doing what’s necessary — and being honest about what isn’t. We inspect the decking during tear-off and replace only the wood that actually needs replacing. No unnecessary add-ons. No replacing perfectly good plywood just to increase the bill.
Because a quality roof isn’t just about what you can see when the job is finished. It’s about making sure everything underneath it is done right, too.
🔨 Solid foundation. Quality installation. Honest workmanship.
