We loved how the pumpkin house turned out this year!!! We are literally all hands on deck for the weekend. Tents are going up. Hay is being dropped. Very large quantities of coffee are being consumed. See all the crazy and sneak peaks of the vendors working around the clock for open on Friday! Quick need to knows ⬇️

When: October 11th 8:30am-12:30pm EARLY BUYER TICKET HOLDERS ONLY(these tickets must be purchased online) 12:30pm-5pm general admission. October 12th and 13th 10am-5pm daily. Tickets available at the gate or online.

Where: 890 W Main Street, Berryville, VA-the Clarke County Fairgrounds

-Kids 12 and under are free and we have pony rides Saturday and Sunday with
-We have tons of food trucks, live music and festive drinks-alcoholic and non🍻
-Be ready to take furniture home with you. We will have our pink shirt guys available to load with our pick up stations running.
-In addition to 200 of the best home decor vendors around, we have flowers, gifts, jewelry, makers and more!
-We have plenty of seating and cozy spots around the grounds, wear comfy shoes for a full day of fun!
-We have some little red wagons available to rent for the day, but bring any cart or wagon if you’re own!
-Vendors take all forms of payment:)

Look at how a little chalk paint from Annie Sloan©️ and resurfacing of the top & drawers did for this wash sink! The vine detailing on the wood just pops and gives this piece a whole new look!
