I’m trying to get better about posting more regularly on my socials, so here’s a picture of the and pierogi soup I made for dinner. I made it in an enameled Dutch oven from Lodge Cast Iron … make sure you have one for season! (We have several sizes in stock if you don’t!) 😊

Chef Kenny is away on medical leave because some overzealous visitors knocked him forward and he is in need of a rhinoplasty and other repairs. While he enjoys being photographed by the many people who stroll past him, we want to remind you to please be careful around him - he is very delicate and gets hurt easily.

I baked a Magic Flan Cake yesterday - chocolate cake on the bottom and custardy flan with caramel sauce on top. It was probably the most complex I have ever made, but it was really good!
