This is my favorite skillet - a work horse that has helped me make delicious things like blackened chicken, stir fry, Spanish omelettes, and in tonight’s case, filling for chicken pot pie (assembled and baked separately in a cast iron skillet). It’s lightweight, durable, and becomes more nonstick the more you use it. We sell them in three different sizes (8, 10, and 12 inches), so there is sure to be a skillet that will be just right for you. 🍳

It’s National Day - do you have your cookie scoop? And yes - you need all three sizes, because they’re also good for making meatballs, mashed potato croquettes, corn fritters, homemade tater tots, filling muffin/cupcake pans, pouring pancake batter… they have so many uses!
