Outside wood is Colorados state tree, the Colorado beetle killed blue spruce and the inner red part of the frame is Cedar which are the only trees inside the venue in red rocks. Video doesn’t ever do justice to just how beautiful this frame + print combo is! It’s perfect for The Elovaters Nicks RR print. It’s a double frame moulding! Colorado beetle kill blue spruce which is Colorado state tree, plus a cedar, which are the only trees inside Red Rocks! The beetles make the grey in the wood, natures own natural stain! ~Olive Wood~
Here we have a 18”x24” Olive wood frame. Olive wood is a dense, durable hardwood from the Mediterranean (Olea europaea) and Africa (Olea capensis) prized for its striking golden-yellow tones, dark brown veins, and swirling grain patterns. It is highly valued for high-end kitchenware, fine furniture, and decorative carvings. Finished with our #1 product odies oil. The sawmill marks and knots in this makes it unique to our style of frames. Off to its forever home!

Holy smokes this poster/frame combo is 🔥🔥🔥
Here we have a double frame moulding.
The outside wood is a Mahogany and the inner wood is Leapordwood. We tried to match the poster art with the Leapordwood and some of the Mahogany has some sawmill marks. Topped with non glare acrylic glass and our #1 finish odies oil. This one is headed up to Plymouth to it’s forever home!

Back in the lab cooking up this ~Colorado Edition~ Double frame moulding ~ Red Rocks Special!!

Weighing in at 16lbs and a finished size of 28”x42”

This wood used for this frame is the Colorados state tree, ~Colorado Beetlejuiced killed BlueSpruce~

Outside frame, the light, is BlueSpruce
Inner frame is a RedCedar which cedars line the stairs at red rocks so it’s a perfect frame for this and any posters!

Sealed with our ever so favorite natural oil finish!
Odies brings out the natural beauty in the wood.
The non glare acrylic glass always is a go to for us as it brings an anti reflection and super crystal clear vision to the poster!

Couldn’t be happier this is heading back to CO to be with its forever collector of my frames!

Mamma Mia pizzeria!

Here is one of our favorite frames to make. A faux weathered pine! Equipped with big OgEE Edgework, custom yeller mat, non glare glass!
This weathered look involves, a wire brush on a grinder, chisels, hole saws and handnails. Heavily tore up to mimic weathering. Stained with a mixture of weathered grey stain, white paint and early American stain. Sealed with a polycrylic clear coat. Love how these turn out!
