Hello! My name is Nicole Humphrey, and I am the summer intern here at Mustard Architects. I have just completed my first year of the Master of Architecture program at Texas A&M University, where I also earned my undergraduate degree last May. I am originally from Granbury, Texas, so I have an appreciation for small-town charm and historical character and am thrilled to be here in Fredericksburg. I am so excited to be a part of the team this summer and looking forward to gaining invaluable experience!

Happy National Wine Day!

We have had many opportunities to collaborate with incredible teams to design spaces where people can gather, slow down, and enjoy great wine and beautiful surroundings. Projects like Narrow Path Winery and Vineyard, Untamed Wine Estates, and Halter Ranch Texas reflect the unique character of the Texas Hill Country while creating welcoming places to experience the craft of winemaking.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed as we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. We extend our gratitude to those who served and to the families who carry their legacy forward. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow.

Happy Museum Day!

Museums preserve the stories that shape our communities and our history. We are proud to have been part of the restoration of the Admiral Nimitz Museum, a landmark that serves as the gateway to the National Museum of the Pacific War.

Projects like this remind us of the importance of preserving historic architecture while ensuring these spaces continue to serve future generations. It was an honor for our team to contribute to the stewardship of such an important piece of Fredericksburg’s heritage.
