Tri City Blinds will be holding open interviews for our Window Covering/Drapery Installer & Repair Technician position.
Open interviews will take place from 10:30 am to 5 pm on Friday, May 29th.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and helping customers transform their homes and businesses with custom window treatments.
As part of our team, you'll assist with: installing window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and related hardware; programming motorized window coverings (remotes and mobile apps) and providing customers with a brief overview of app functionality; diagnosing and repairing window covering issues (cords, tilt mechanisms, motors, and other components); measuring windows and workspaces accurately; maintaining a clean and organized work environment, both in the shop and on job sites; interacting professionally and courteously with customers in their homes and businesses; following safety procedures and company installation standards; and working independently and as part of a team to complete installations and service calls efficiently.
We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals with good communication and customer service skills, mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred, and the ability to lift and carry products and work on ladders. A valid driver's license is preferred.
No extensive experience? No problem, we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
