💚💚💚 Last Saturday was truly an unforgettable Super Saturday! It's a time-honored tradition that empowers our Stephenson County 4-H youngsters to explore their passions. 🍀 I still cherish the memories of my own 4-H experiences. Our kids get to choose from an array of exciting sessions, discovering new skills like flower arranging, basic cooking treats, woodworking, leather stamping, and so much more. Even my mini got to join in on the fun with the Cloverbud group this year!
I was honored to lead a session once again, designing a workshop that transformed upcycled books into breathtaking works of art. With roughly 10 projects to choose from, I guided them through the creative process. They crafted book bouquets, paper flowers, ornaments, and Christmas trees. Although our sessions were only 45 minutes long, I'm confident that they left with the inspiration and skills to continue creating their own book art masterpieces at home!
