The weather and temperatures were much better today, with that being said we have made a decision to forego Kane County for the rest of the year. We have given up our permanent booth in the Swine building. We are going to concentrate our efforts to doing flea markets that are closer to home. It’s a hour and 45 minutes one way each time. Kane County has been our long distance flea market for 10 years. We will miss our fellow vendors in the building and all of our customers we have come in contact with. You can never say never, but for the rest of the year we will not setup there. Thank you to everyone. Our next show will be the Pec Thing in September, we are looking at some shows near us that we can do between then and now.

It had to be one of the warmest flea markets we have set up at. The crowds were good and all buildings were full of vendors. The outside areas were also full. We sold some pieces towards the end of the show and look to better temperatures today.

We had a really good day yesterday and were able to condense our 2 booths down to one. Weather again is a factor and we will see how it pans out. We still have pieces at home for the next show in 2 weeks at Kane County. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us and those that purchased our pieces.

Not the start to the morning like we expected. Looks like rain to about 7:00. Forecast still shows high of 88. Feel kinda sorry for everyone who setup outside yesterday while we were there. I know some vendors probably have a hard time covering there stuff up. We can’t risk it with our furniture, one time and it’s ruined. It’s showing some rain again tonight I believe. Hopefully the crowds will show up after the weather improves.
