We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences but we need to do what we have to do. Inasmuch as we’d love to cook, it’s time that we get this truck out there but in order to do that, we have to sacrifice our time and $$ to do what the city has required us to do. Just a bit of transparency of what we have been going through. So many obstacles and unexpected circumstances as we try to move forward and it seems so impossible at the moment but we don’t want give up. We can’t. We’ve come a long way and after all these years we’ve built this from our own hands and hard work.
Unfortunately, we have come across our hardest hit but I know that with your continued support, we can keep going. Please this post is just transparency because we have been asked and please know that we have been trying our best to get this to compliance but even after all that, we are still back to square one with Fresno county’s regulations. But we will get there..In God’s timing _and my hubby who also have a job outside of this business. He can only do so much. So if anyone knows of a business that can do our floors for a reasonable price, please send them our way
I. And also if anyone knows of Wilson Zuniga please let him know I needed that money back and soon! Unless I start charging him interest! But honestly guys, it was our hard earned $ that day and I should know better. Now I know...

I know I am way behind with my posts and ! appreciate you all for your patience, texts, calls and DMs regarding next cook days schedule. I’ll post it soon hopefully after this weekend. Just a reminder that we are also open to catering !!!
