Started a new series that I will be posting in my Etsy store shortly, all nine of these pieces I created within one day, I was shocked to see how much I had created in a single day but honestly I think This is a part of grief. I hung out with my babies all day, they got to paint with me too, but I think the act of creating has been so healing for me. Not only is this a distraction for my brain but I believe that it is God designed for us to create new things. God made us with a drive and a purpose to make, build, create, and I think that painting is one of the ways God has intended that I do just that. I am so grateful and thankful that I am able to even paint this much.
Just a year ago my illness would have prevented much of this and I wasn't able to paint without a lot of pain. I am so grateful for the blessings l've received in the past year, painless painting, knowing that I have a new baby to meet one day in heaven, and my earthside babies who are so sweet and such a blessing. Keep your eyes peeled for the Etsy drop coming soon!

And as requested here is the final reveal on this massive piece. This whale has sparked a whole new series so stay tuned for the drop of some vibrant new pieces!
