🕯️ A Note to Our Community 🕯️

At Solsikke Soap & Candle Company, we pride ourselves on creating a clean, welcoming environment and pouring our hearts into every hand-poured candle we make. As a small, family-owned business run entirely by myself and my husband, our customers and our integrity mean everything to us.

Recently, a highly damaging and entirely fabricated Google review was posted under the name "Hayley Nicole." This individual made extreme, malicious claims regarding our shop's cleanliness, safety, and staff.

We want to address this openly and transparently with you all:

No Record of This Customer: We have thoroughly reviewed our point-of-sale data, custom orders, and workshop registries. "Hayley Nicole" is not in our database and has never been a customer of ours.

A True Family Business: The review claims our "employees" were rude. Our entire team consists solely of my husband, myself, and my friends daughter. We take immense pride in providing warm, personal service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Strict Quality & Hygiene Standards: The claims regarding our shop's cleanliness and facilities are entirely false. We maintain a clean, shopping environment.

We Welcome Everyone: The accusation of discrimination is deeply offensive and completely goes against who we are. We are an inclusive business that proudly welcomes and respects individuals from all walks of life.

It is disheartening when independent small businesses are targeted by fake profiles intending to do harm. We have officially flagged this review with Google Support for policy violations and fake content.

To our wonderful community who knows our faces, our store, and our passion—thank you for your unwavering support. We look forward to seeing you in the shop soon!
