As part of our Work Anniversary Program, Kody hit “Elevate at 8” and treated himself to a golf pass at Keystone Ranch, a well-earned way to celebrate all the hard work, dedication, and positive energy he’s brought to the team over the years!

Meet Ryan, the newest member of The Pinnacle Companies Ops team!
 
Ryan found his way to Colorado from Long Island after visiting friends in Breckenridge and never looked back! Outside of the office, you’ll usually find him snowboarding, golfing, catching a free concert in Dillon or Vail, or competing in a local softball or bowling league.

Access to the outdoors starts with a community of people who show up!

Today, we’re highlighting Colleen, who returned to the mountain for her fourth season volunteering with the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center (BOEC) adaptive ski program.

Each day on the hill looks a little different, with every participant bringing their own goals and perspective. Colleen helps create meaningful experiences on the mountain, and leaves each day just as inspired as the people she supports.

Through Pinnacle’s Volunteer Time Off program, team members are encouraged to give back in ways that feel personal and meaningful. Colleen was the first Pinnacle team member to complete her 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off this year. That support helps make the outdoors more accessible for people of all abilities, one day on the mountain at a time.

We love our Frisco, CO office for a lot of reasons… but one of our favorites? The pond out back freezes over just enough for an after-work hockey game.
