Refinishing these floors required a lot of heavy sanding to cut through years of pet nail scratches and UV damage. After several stages of sanding, we sealed and coated with Bona Intense Seal and Bona Mega.

We knew there was hope with these floors, but they were rough!!

The transformation was quite incredible and the customer is blown away by how good they look!

The average person doesn’t realize how much labor goes into sanding and refinishing a staircase. There are several stages and phases; hand scraping, edging, 3 stages of sanding, water popping, staining, sealing, and applying final coats of finish.

These Maple Lawn homeowners were looking for a product that would brighten up the space and provide durability with kids and dogs. VersaCore Grande LVP in the color Kendall was the perfect fit! The existing staircase was dark brown, so we sanded/stained all of the treads to match. To top it all off, we installed a stair runner and threw in a free custom area rug with Anderson Tuftex Always Natural in the color Boutique. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
