The Position
We are seeking a Flooring Sales & Design Consultant who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.
No flooring experience required—training is provided! We will teach you our products, systems, sales process, and installation basics.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
* Helping customers select flooring, cabinets, countertops, and design solutions
* Providing excellent customer service from the initial consultation through installation
* Preparing quotes and following up with clients
* Meeting sales goals and earning commission
* Working closely with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For:
* Personable, professional, and great with people
* Customer-service focused
* Interested in interior design and home improvement
* Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
* A strong team player looking to grow long-term
* Willing to work two Saturdays per month
Compensation & Benefits:
* $40,000 annual base salary + commission
* Unlimited commission potential
* Health insurance (with company-paid portion)
* Paid time off (PTO)

Schedule & Job Details:
* Job Type: Full-time
* Schedule: Monday–Friday + two Saturdays per month (When you work a Saturday, you receive 1/2 weekday off of your choice!)
