VoksLyte just completed a stunning free-form project at East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA. The design features Tangent Down in multiple compound radii, painted glossy black, meandering through the food court and around the columns. While anyone can create an impressive rendering, it is the flawless ex*****on and real project photography that truly showcase the expertise of an experienced niche manufacturer.

Okay, okay…technically a rhombus has four equal sides, but for reasons long forgotten this is what we named our fixture…rolls off the tongue a bit easier than “parallelogram”. Future generations will weigh in on our choice of terminology. What we do agree though is that this beautiful shape is striking in appearance and construction with our proprietary 6-inch radius corners. Tangent Shapes - Rhombus is perfect for a variety of applications, available in four different versions: Uplight-Downlight pendant, Downlight pendant, downlight mud fl**ge and downlight exposed fl**ge. VoksLyte excels at complex geometries. Not sure what to call these shapes...amoeboid? octopoid? Either way, these beautiful endless organic shapes will hang in a data center very soon. Tangent Down, painted in gloss white powder, with 3500ºK diodes. As with every single VoksLyte project, we guarantee dimensional tolerances to the 1/8", and all projects are pre-assembled and factory tested to ensure an easy installation for the onsite contractor.

When it comes to complex shapes, absolutely no one executes as well as VoksLyte. Every project is treated like sculpture in our Gaithersburg, MD factory. Entering our 39th year in business, our commitment to manufacturing the most beautiful, highest quality custom lighting installations has not waned.
This custom curved fixture (like all our projects) is test fitted in the factory to assure everything assembles as easily as possible in the field, and then disassembled for expert packaging and crating. Look for final installed photography of this one in the weeks ahead!
