I had no idea these existed!

I realized after painting the wall that the outlets I bought would stand out too much. I found these colored caps that fit right over the existing outlets. No need to switch out the outlets. You can change it to the color you want. Choose from Black, Grey, Brown, or White.

I got these at my local Menards and it saved me a great amount of time and money. Change of direction on the design.

Decided to go with a themed shop. Let’s see how close I can come to my vision.

Nail guards installed, insulation cut and installed. Next comes the OSB.

I kept going back and forth on using closed cell foam insulation. Landed on traditional insulation for the walls, but might use the foam for the ceiling. I can then leave the rafters open for ductwork and future electrical.

Any thoughts on using the foam?

Flat Head Screws!

Man, I am not a fan of these flat head screws! They are slow to remove and require a lot of patience. 🤣

I figured out what was the issue with my lighting. I wired them up to a Lutron Electronics Caseta smart dimmer switch that was getting 124 volts to it, but only putting out 104 volts. I ended up switching it out for a non-dimmable switch since my shop lights are not dimmable. Something to keep in mind if you are putting these in. Make sure your lights/bulbs are dimmable.

What a great time!

Memorial Day Weekend 2026 was a huge success! I had a great time and will return again next year. It was my first time at the market and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and the crowds were awesome. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, talked with me, and supported me along. I enjoyed getting to know and you and look forward to working with you in the future on custom designs.

Thank you Jess & Steve for hosting such a fun market. I had a blast and will return again next year if you will have me. Thank you for letting me be a part of this.

We are here!

Met Jess and Steve, (who are amazing!) and found where I was setting up.

After a lot of long long nights out in the shop, I am finally ready for the Hippest Market in Iowa! Excited to meet everyone and share some new products with you all.

Come on out Friday and Saturday, May 22nd, & 23rd at the Cedar County fairgrounds in Tipton Iowa.

Endless possibilities!

can help you create amazing pieces with super clear results and brilliant colors. In this reel I’m using Deep Pour for the final filling layer on a dried flower tray. This is one of my staple resin types that I use for multiple applications and projects.

WiseBond sent out these ammo crates to a select group of creators and dealers—and I had the chance to open one up.

It’s more than just what’s inside. It’s about the builds that are coming next and the stories they’ll carry.

I’m already thinking about how these materials will turn into something meaningful.
