What a fantastic 2026 Spoon River Scenic Drive. So many of my pieces are in a new home. Thank you all for your continued support and kind words.

It was great seeing those of you who have supported me in the previous years, and great meeting new ones! It wouldn’t be the same without my neighbors and friends that I have made along the way out at Prairie Moon Farm .

An emotional day, but worth the cause. 💜

Today we walked in memory of my father and many others who have been lost to, and are going through this disease. Thank you to my family for being by my side through this. It was hard at times today hearing the stories and having the pain rush back in. Having my wife by my side, and the rest of my family helped to get me through it.

Together we stand to try to bring awareness and to do our part in finding a cure. In hopes that others do not have to suffer as so many have done so far.

You may not remember. But we will never forget. 💜

This weekend I am walking to honor my dad and try to help support a great organization to find a way to make it curable. If you are in the Galesburg area, come on out with me, my family, and others on this walk. It will be out at Lake Story, Saturday September 26th 2026. My daughter has started a page which is linked below for more info.

A little over six years ago we lost an amazing man to this horrible condition. It takes away the ability to remember how to do the basic things like how to chew and swallow food or liquids. Most of the times not recognizing that you are hungry or thirsty. That in turn weakens the body and the ability to fight off things. The worst part is not remembering some of the people who love you and have been in your life throughout the years.

I think of him everyday and do my best to walk in his shoes. I miss being able to have a conversation with him, or have him work on a project together with him. He touched a lot of people in his life, and was always there when anyone needed him. Thank you dad, until we meet again, I will do my best to carry the torch.

Shop is coming along!

I’m in the last wall to close up. Then I can start to get all the tools and benches where I think they would be best. Always a great idea at first but then once you are working in it you have other ideas. Hopefully get it all closed up by tomorrow.

Olive wood & pressed flowers in Wisebond Epoxy Resin.

What a great time!

Memorial Day Weekend 2026 was a huge success! I had a great time and will return again next year. It was my first time at the market and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere and the crowds were awesome. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, talked with me, and supported me along. I enjoyed getting to know and you and look forward to working with you in the future on custom designs.

Thank you Jess & Steve for hosting such a fun market. I had a blast and will return again next year if you will have me. Thank you for letting me be a part of this.

We are here!

Met Jess and Steve, (who are amazing!) and found where I was setting up.

After a lot of long long nights out in the shop, I am finally ready for the Hippest Market in Iowa! Excited to meet everyone and share some new products with you all.

Come on out Friday and Saturday, May 22nd, & 23rd at the Cedar County fairgrounds in Tipton Iowa.
