Dear Homeowners and Garden City Families, Are you currently working with an architect or contractor to complete a renovation, upgrade, or new-build project for your residential property in Garden City? We understand that managing expectations and communicating effectively during a construction project can be challenging. As engagement agents, we are here to offer our support and engagement to ensure that all aspects of your project run smoothly and less stressful.

Our goal is not to replace or interfere with the work of your architect, interior designer, or general contractor. Instead, we aim to assist you in understanding the proposed and contracted work without any interference as well as to work to help you make informed decisions and in regard to selecting and purchasing owner-provided materials and finishes. We respect the hierarchies of the industry and want to help you observe and catch quality issues early on to prevent issues after the fact.

We offer our services for a fee and are open to discussing compensation options. We can work on an hourly, task, or project basis, or any combination. What's important is that you receive value-added engagement and support services that streamline the process, making it more efficient, less costly, and less stressful while ensuring you're satisfied with the end result.
