Favorite make of the summer!!! I’ve had this pattern and been wanting to make this Groovy monster with his granny square arms and I finally did! Isn’t he the cutest!

Made this pretty girl at the beginning of summer but it took me till now to glue her eyes on! Are you the glue on right away or wait till you have a few to glue the eyes on type??

This a story behind this guy, 1st I forgot how big he is when I started crocheting him, 2nd I quickly ran out of the blue I crocheted his head with, so I started doing stripes of the other colors in the color way, thinking it would look like a beach towel. (My thinking, Manatee = Florida, Florida = Beach, Beach = beach towel!). But when he was done he looked like he was wearing a sweater, so now he looks like he visiting his friend the narwhal in the north!! Nevertheless he’s adorable!!
