The newest “must-do” for your trip to Gatlinburg, TN this fall! 🍁

For $75 per person, y’all can now sign up for a new handbuilding class, where you’ll make your very own fall decor out of self-hardening clay. Over the course of an hour, our incredible Katie will teach you how to expertly shape and carve your clay into a whimsical pumpkin just like we do! By the end of the class, you’ll get to take your beautiful creation home and finish it off with acrylic paint of your choosing!

Pumpkin handbuilding classes will be offered every Tuesday at 10 AM and 1 PM from Sept. 8 through Oct. 13. Book your class today by calling the shop, choosing an available time slot, and submitting your non-refundable payment over the phone.

Make your fall memorable with a scenic drive through the Smoky Mountains, a fun-filled class to explore your creative side, and a one-of-a-kind pumpkin made by YOU!

Our Tennessee mountain home doesn’t feel quite the same right now.

Today, we feel greatly saddened by the loss of East Tennessee’s very own, Dolly Parton. Despite her unprecedented success in the music industry, Dolly never wavered in her love for her hometown. Her songwriting, her generosity, and her character faithfully shared the heart of the Smoky Mountains with the rest of the world, inviting countless individuals into a life and culture that we know so well. We couldn’t think of anyone better to represent a place that we call home.

In honor of Dolly Parton and her unmatched legacy, we are donating a portion of all online sales from today to Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital.

Wondering how we get intricate carvings to pop on our handmade pieces?

Some of our favorite collections, including our sunflower and leaf collection, get hand-painted with a protective wax that repels glazes during the dipping process. Once placed in the kiln, the wax is fired off to reveal a beautifully contrasted piece.
