Exciting new additions coming to Limberlost Antiquities soon! We have acquired four Stickley rocking chairs recently, circa 1912-1920, as well as a Gustav Stickley 1902 Vback chair. They are all original finish and awaiting new leather cushions. If you are interested in heirloom furniture and furnishings of the Arts & Crafts era, Limberlost Antiquities is a must stop for you. We have a fine line of offerings from such iconic manufacturers such as Stickley, Limbert, Oak Craft, Roycroft, Van Briggle, as well as art of the era. All items are tastefully displayed in our professionally restored 1895 Mercantile once owned by world renowned author and naturalist Gene Stratton Porter. As we reflect today at Limberlost Antiquities the significance of the Easter season, we remember the sacrifice that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ made on the cross this day many years ago. New arrivals daily coming into Limberlost Aniquities such as this Jefferson reverse planted lamp shade with a Burled walnut base. Also, a very nice oil on wood. Limberlost Antiquities has some exciting news as we ready for the Christmas season. We have been able to acquire some very nice Arts and Crafts furniture recently. This past week we were able to purchase a matching chair and rocker set by Gustav Stickley Model 317 andm 318, circa 1910. Original finish! We will restore them with new leather. We also have several very nice rockers by Stickley and Lifetime that are in the process of new leather. So, when you are looking for that special gift for Christmas and are in the market for quality, stop in and see us at Limberlost Antiquities.
