Here is our latest custom design for a new home in Harrison County near Cynthiana. Once we work out a few final details on the building site, we hope to begin construction in early September. The home is two stories with a partially finished basement. We have built a new pond on the property as well. The side porch and deck will take full advantage of the great views of the pond. We will begin stocking the pond with largemouth bass, bluegill and assorted fish at the beginning of construction. Maybe even a few ducks.

This is a custom home we designed for a client who currently live near Cincinnati, OH. We will begin construction on the home within the next 10 days. The home will be located on approximately 15 acres in Harrison County, KY.

These are pictures of a Barndominium we will finish within the next couple of weeks. We are currently finishing the interior painting plus finalizing the electrical, heat and air. The project is located in Harrison County, KY.
