We're spending the morning doing some much needed chores. Greg is tackling the annual trimming of our giant holly trees (the engineer in him is very good at making them symmetrical!) and I'm continuing my battle against the never-ending weeds. This year we've started using a solution of 30% concentrate vinegar, dish soap, salt and water. It's a fantastic alternative weedkiller and works remarkably well. The slight downside is the odor, but we'll take that over spraying chemicals everywhere! 🙌🏻

Today marks ARBOR's 7th anniversary and we want to invite you to our Customer Appreciation Weekend on June 27–28!

This anniversary is about so much more than us. It's about the amazing customers, friends, and community members who have supported our family and our small business throughout the years. Your encouragement, loyalty, and trust have meant the world to us, and we are incredibly grateful for every visit, purchase, kind word, and recommendation.

To celebrate, we'll be offering complimentary bubbly, a chance to win in our gift card raffle, plus we're giving away a FREE GIFT with purchase throughout the weekend as a small token of our appreciation.

As a way to give back to the community that has given so much to us, we are excited to donate 7% of our sales during the weekend to Faith in Action - Cecilton, MD our local food pantry. Founded in 1982, the pantry serves 35 households — 77 of our neighbors and friends including 25 children. Many are seniors and individuals living with disabilities. Every purchase will help support neighbors and families in need.

Today's workshop was so much fun! This beautiful family created the sweetest little arrangements, each one equally beautiful and unique. Then later in the morning, my bestie stopped in for a surprise visit. Now you know she's a great friend because she crossed the Bay Bridge 2x on a Friday!! (Sorry no pics, we were too busy chatting.)
