This elegantly designed guest room embodies the shabby chic country style, with a custom-painted iron bed as its centerpiece. The fabric, which totals 70 yards, was washed to bring out the subtle texture of its waffle pattern and ironed to achieve the necessary consistency for precise cutting and preparation. The curved cut between the pleats adds a refined finish to these custom drapery.

Before and after photos of a small design project. The outdated sofa, love seat and area rug have been replaced with a new sectional sofa and a vibrant colorful rug that anchors the space. There is a resurgence of color in design. Embracing color in design is not something to be afraid of, it makes the space much more visually appealing. Do you have a small design project and just need a little encouragement? Give me a call! 512-643-5588.

Roman shades provide the ideal solution for these windows, which are exposed to extreme sunlight and heat on a daily basis during late morning and afternoon hours. We opted for standard light-filtering lining due to the room's dual purpose as a laundry and crafting space, where the client appreciates the abundance of natural light throughout the day. The client notes that these shades effectively reduce the room's temperature. This outcome has resulted in a satisfied client, which in turn, brings me great joy!
