We got something very interesting in today — a Commercial 200 dry mounting and laminating press. Frequently referred to as a “seal press”, it’s a heavy-duty, (weighs 60 pounds) clamshell-style heat press used by photographers, frame shops and artists. Its primary function is to permanently bond photographs, posters, and fabrics to stiff backing boards using heat-activated adhesives. Similar machines are selling on eBay for $250-$400. Our suggested minimum for this machine is $100. Please come check it out when we’re open this week!

3 machines, all lovingly restored and ready for you to play with! We have a suggested minimum donation of $50 for each one and can't wait for you to come try them. Each machine has it's power cord, has been oiled and repaired and includes owner's manuals and bobbins -- ready to find a new home!

What’s NEW at Scrap Happy Art Supply Thrift this weekend? Well, glad you asked!:
- Many rolls of vinyls in lots of different colors, both glue and heat-based. Limit 5/customer
- Lots of jars suitable for body butters, make-up, etc.
- Two sewing machines, already refurbished ($50 minimum suggested)
- Specialty yarns for crochet, knitting
- Kits to: make your own Slime, crocheting and felting
- Micro-suede ribbons
- Pads of paper for drawing, painting as well as a box of paints
- Frames for pictures
- “Peanuts” that can be used for kids’ craft projects (they adhere to each other using moisture)
- We received a big donation of both yarn as well as fabric so those sections are chock-full of options for you!!
