A couple of weeks ago I got to attend a baby shower in Missoula for my nephew and his wife. The shower was given by my sister’s incredible group of friends. My next workshop is coming up Saturday September 26 at 1pm at Tuladhara Yoga in Gig Harbor. For this workshop, you can choose a word or phrase for the center of your stone, as well as your color palette. I will lead you through painting the mandala around the stone. When we are done painting, I will lead a 30 minute sound bath to completely relax the nervous system. Registration is open and spaces are limited, so reserve your spot soon! 😊

Holiday prepping has begun! I have three big holiday shows this year, so I’m trying to get ahead with my creations. This snowman mandala tea light holder pattern comes out each year (with slight variations), and it’s always a favorite. The ornaments are 4” wood rounds. Don’t worry; we still have plenty of summer to enjoy!
