Here are some before and afters of the design I did for a large, modern covered patio project in Gilbert. The existing patio was way too small for furniture so this new space is much larger and has tons of room for entertaining, etc. Designed by me, built by Arcadia Building Co. Before and after rendering of our modern Spanish guest house, office, and 4-car garage addition in Phoenix. Added around 1400 ft.² of livable space plus a unique view corridor which connects the existing and new buildings on the second floor.
