SPRING KNITTING RETREAT – 2023
June 11, 12, 13 & 14
The Newagen Seaside Inn
60 Newagen Colony Road
Boothbay Harbor/Southport, Maine
…with designer and teacher Donna Kay on June 11-14 (Sunday thru Wednesday) at the beautiful Newagen Seaside Inn.
Enjoy the picturesque surroundings of Boothbay Harbor. Have lunch and dinner at the Pub or drive to Boothbay Harbor to have dinner at the restaurant of your choice. Take advantage of the heated salt water pool or sit and knit in one the beautiful outdoor spaces or in our meeting room. While you are here visit the neat shops and sites in the Boothbay area. Arrangements can be made if anyone wants to extend the trip arriving on Saturday or staying Wednesday night.
Some of our sweater choices this year are Morning Rituals by Andrea Mowry, the Ingrid Sweater and Elmgrove, a new Berroco pattern. All three can be seen on Ravelry. There are a variety of yarn choices for these sweaters: Kelbourne Scout, Berroco Ultra Alpaca, Juniper Moon Farm Patagonia Organic Merino, Ella Rae Eco Tweed or Harrisville Highland. Your pattern will be customized for a perfect fit with help from Donna.
