es from fallen trees in backyards and woods, deteriorating, disfigured and moss covered. Our stock is of maple, black walnut and cherry and burls of any kind. Spencer Peterman started the business in the late 1900's making Nantucket baskets. Wanting to diversify, he learned to turn a lathe and started a wholesale business.
