From tightening up the tents, stringing the lights, and setting up the cooling fans, there's a lot of work involved. But she's got the whole setup down pat - with her help, everything is up and running in time for 80 Acre Market.

Did you know that you can buy Turkey Legs at 80 Acre Market? Yep, you can. They're delicious. AND, here's a little back story . . .
When the YumWagon Food Truck sign was designed, a Turkey Leg was drawn into the artwork. There wasn't a plan to always serve Turkey Legs at 80 Acre, but when it's on the sign, you better have 'em!
One of our very own culinary creatives, Micah, does a lot of the "leg" work in prepping, cooking and serving these and even added his own touch by using a certain marinade.
So, before the Fair comes to town this Fall, get ahead of those Carnival food cravings and grab you a Turkey Leg at the YumWagon!
