Design and Create with Lexi – Business Policies
1. Invoice Process:
All orders placed with Design and Create with Lexi will be finalized with an invoice. Invoices are required to complete the purchase.
2. Payment Terms:
Invoices must be paid in full before any item is shipped. No exceptions.
3. Payment Window:
If an invoice is not paid within 72 hours of being issued, the item will be returned to inventory and made available to other customers.
4. Shipping:
Shipping is available for an additional fee. The shipping cost will be included in your invoice, based on location and order size.
5. Order Confirmation:
Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Items will not be held without payment beyond the 72-hour window.

I know that I’ve been pretty silent lately. Trying to get thru school and after being in our house for almost a year I finally have my own space to be able to offer more things! Who is ready for a new tumbler. Or even puzzles!
