Few pictures of a 2001 Yamaha V-Star 1100 we had the pleasure of putting together a 1 off build with here at PFT Customs! We put MANY miles on this bike! She got a trip from St Louis back to here, a trip to West Virginia, a few trips to Owensboro, a trip out to Little Sturgis and SEVERAL other 400+ mile trips!

A walk around of the infamous 1982 Harley Davidson FXR that started Cheezy and Drifter on this journey together! Many miles was put on this old bike! Cheezy owns it now. It's on the list for a future resto build. It was originally a shovelhead bike, but was purchased in literal pieces as a basket case by Drifter. It was assembled with a fresh rebuilt 80" Evo engine, Crane fireball ignition components, S&S intake, 42 mm Flat Slide Mikuni carb and a tunable 2 into 1 Supertrapp Exhaust. Mods over stock were the mini apes, forward controls, La Pera Barebones seat, lighting, and much much more. More pics of this and a video of it running are posted.

Here's a video of one of the break in sessions on the 2000 Harley Davidson Road King engine built here at PFT Customs!
Nice little EVO engine that started life in a 1994 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. The heads received a little love in the form of hand port and polish, new valve seals, new rockers, and all new jims gaskets. Cylinders were checked and honed to accept the new chrome moly rings fitted to a set of match weight keith black high compression pistons. The crank was a balanced stock HD crank with all new bearings and seals in crankcase. Adjustable push rods and roller lifters were added to compliment the custom S&S 508V cam that we chose for this build. We dumped the Magnetti Morelli fuel injection, factory intake, factory exhaust and factory electronic ignition components. We replaced it with S&S intake, 45 mm Flat Slide Mikuni carb, crane fireball electronic ignition, and a set of short open drag pipes fitted with a custom set of torque cones just to keep that low end grunt. This was a FAST bike and a TORQUE MONSTER! To be honest we miss it here at PFT Customs!! Pics from the build and of the bike will be posted soon! Thanks for looking!
