What is the CENLA Adult Book Fair?

Think Scholastic Book Fair… but for adults 🥰

It’s a multi-location, community-driven bookish event filled with books, themed spaces, author signings, and fun activities across Pineville.

📍 Where is the main location,dates, and times?

The central hub is at:

My Secret Shelves

That’s where you’ll find multiple bookstores set up in one place for a wide variety of books + merch.

Dates: April 30th-May 2nd

Time: 11am-8pm each day

Why does Facebook show a different location?

Unfortunately, Facebook won’t let us change the event location without deleting the event 🙃

So just know the main hub is My Secret Shelves in Pineville.

We regretfully inform you that our time here in Glenmora has came to an end. We have chosen not to resign our lease. We are so thankful for our time here and the people we have met throughout our journey.

Starting in May 2026, the structure of Let Love Be My Motive Studio will be changing 🫶🏻💕

••What this means••

🎨We will host weekly weekend classes. You can count on us being open every single Friday for a wide variety of creative class
🥳We are now available for Personalized Parties. We offer acrylic, watercolor, wood door hangers, doormats, and junk journaling. Please message us to schedule yours!
🛍️For retail shopping outside of event days— We are utilizing our online presence on our website and whatnot app. We host live shows every single Sunday. We will also be attending scrapbooking crops.
📆 Outside of public events, private parties, and market days, we will be closed to the public unless an appointment has been made.

We have been praying and feel like this shift will be a blessing to both our team and community. We will be utilizing our strengths and experience for our lovely customers/friends. We hope you understand and still support us! We don’t know if this is a permanent change. We do know seasons change but Gods faithfulness remains the same! 🫶🏻💕

I had the honor of teaching 20 amazing women at Sulphur Crafty Chicks Scrapbook Crop! They learned all about Tim Holtz/mixed media products and how to apply new elements to their scrapbook layouts! 🤩🥳

I am so grateful to have been able to teach this wonderful group of ladies. The creative possibilities are endless! ✂️

Something important to note..💕

Full transparency, we are being prayerful about Let Love Be My Motive Studios future here in Glenmora. We are incredibly grateful for the success of the past 3 years in our brick and mortar but are unsure if the Lord is leading us to continue.

We have always said that we are more of a ministry than a business. He told us that he would gather and heal the broken here. He has fulfilled His every promise.

Our online sales have carried us but we also do not have as much time to dedicate to this portion of our store as our Pineville store has grown exponentially.

We have always loved being a place where people can gather for special events, meeting new friends, and exploring creativity. We are grateful for the season of our very beginning in Glenmora.

However, we aren’t sure if this is a past season or one God is calling us to continue. He has asked me to be still. It’s funny those whispers and echos of “do you trust me?”. It’s not solely about finances. We have been supported in ways we never thought were possible.

But we are saying, not my will but your will be done. Let love Be My Motive Studio was his idea and it’s still His today. Please be in prayer for us as we wait, listen, and watch God do what only He can do. We just want to share His love + light in whatever way and wherever He desires.
