Blackened Red Snapper.
Gonna put a little spin on the topping. Crabmeat, Gonna add some shrimp, mushrooms and a few sliced cherry tomatoes. Feeling like doing a beurre Blanc sauce to top it off. Thinking about a side of broccolini with it as well!

Anyone interested? You know I’m not a chef, right? You can absolutely cook this dish too! Come see!
