I was talking with Chloe today about decorating fully for Fall- we’ve always been too busy getting ready for holiday season but seriously LOVE FALL. I was saying how I was thinking to embrace Fall decorating like I normally embrace Christmas and Chloe said “well we’d really have to go pretty far out…”
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.
In my head I think- “first everything will need to wear a festive crown- but not a formal holiday crown, more like a woodland crown…”
So if you have ever wondered how crazy my brain actually is-3 hours later we have these 😆
But seriously, no reason why this house can’t be next level Fall vibes right? I’m on it.

It’s that time! Fall is coming out and it’s time for our Harvest moon ornaments again. We are opening orders tonight- and will close again shortly. (These don’t last long)
These 3” paper ball ornaments are hand painted by us, then we hand draw the moon faces- no 2 will be exactly alike-and then we ink the faces in and seal with our 2 step finish. (These aren’t a stencil-the balls are a sphere)(we do these by hand- so there is no link to a “kit” we use-sorry)
The Harvest moon ornaments are sold as a set of 2 at $24
These we can invoice for shipping at the time of order as we know the box sizes for quantities.

I adore Fall.
It’s funny but I feel like our home is especially pretty in the last months of the year. September through December-the layers or warmth and comfort start and to me it’s a reflection of the feeling I want people to have when they are here.
I’m just starting here with the change in decor- but one of the first changes I made was to showcase one of my 2 new additions to my collection- this stunner of an antique horse. This guy is a treasure that I was finally able to claim. I’ve had my eye on him (and his brother as well) from Cheryl at Recycledrelicsandantiquechic -and she was recently ready to let them go. I’m beyond thrilled and they will be happy here! I’m still finding just the right spot for the 2nd horse- I’m thinking I’ll move some swans around for the season.
