This is our third project with this wonderful family, and there's something special about designing for clients who trust you to continue evolving their home alongside their lives.

It’s one of the first questions homeowners ask us, and for good reason.

Before dreaming about sofas, rugs and window treatments, it helps to understand what those pieces actually cost.

That’s why we created our Furniture Investment Guidebook.

We break down typical costs room by room using Good, Better, and Best investment levels, so you can determine where you’d like to prioritize quality and customization.

One important detail that’s easy to overlook? Shipping, freight, and white-glove delivery. We recommend budgeting approximately 20% for those costs in addition to sales tax, which can significantly impact budgeting along the way.

One of our clients shared that hiring KCI saved her hours of researching designs, selecting finishes, shopping, and second-guessing decisions. She didn’t have to run home to meet a contractor every time a question came up, either.

She hired us to take care of the details - which is what we do best!
