Nope, those aren't photographs. Just absolutely beautiful watercolors by Marion Quick. Inspired by his West Texas roots, Marion can paint that landscape like no one I have ever seen before. His watercolors are loose and fluid but he keeps incredible detail - how does he do it? I don't know. His last exhibition was in Marfa, Texas. How lucky are we to have him here at Curious Blackbird? Seriously, come see.
