❤️ Keeping everything they love and nothing they don’t….

Not every home is a full gut- sometimes our clients love certain aspects of their home and we do too! Giving life back to a home by intentionally designing around elements that give the home character is what makes your home unique and timeless.

At our Hey Good Lookin’ project we kept the brick that our client loved, resurfaced some of the pieces they didn’t love giving it a more uniform look and brought in a cleaner looking cabinet that wouldn’t compete with the varying colors in the brick. We also added functional shelves in their arched niches, swapped the floor for wood and gave them a new hood and stove backsplash that mimicked their old steel backsplash while giving them a super cleanable surface by using a porcelain product.

The kitchen you’ve been dreaming of… swipe for the before images.

We completely transformed this kitchen giving these clients a walk-in pantry, oversized island with waterfall ends and a gorgeous statement hood. The icing on the cake? The functionality this kitchen gives them in comparison to what they had. Thoughtfully placed trash pull out, spice drawer, utensil pullout, pot/pan drawers and of course an appliance cabinet are a few of the features that we work into every kitchen we design.

I don’t always get to see the ‘After’.

These sweet clients let me know they had completed most of the front facade and invited me back to help with the design of their addition! We can’t wait to get started on that….But meanwhile I’m loving the views from the curb 💕

Small bathrooms can make a BIG impact when you design with functionality + choose finishes that compliment, not compete with each other.

Our Palo Verde Project was one of our first full home design + build projects we took on. This project was extra special because it was for one of our amazing return clients who we worked with prior on a full home interior + exterior design.

We optimized the space allowing these clients to have a large shower and tub by designing a wet room across from the vanities. The integrated shelves in the shower made the space feel more open and expansive while still providing shower storage. Our statement Slab took center stage in this design- giving this bathroom the drama it needed to bring the design to the next level.

For the vanities we designed the cabinetry with integrated handles to keep the fronts looking sleek and modern. The mirrors that stretch from counter to ceiling bring height to the lower ceilings in this 1970’s home and keep the vanity from feeling over adorned. The custom round mirror we designed adds some fun to the makeup vanity while still keeping the space feeling cohesive and clean.
