Quick reminder that not all flooring is created equal when it comes to moisture. This is especially important heading into summer. ☀️

Here's what to know before you buy:
Solid hardwood expands and contracts with humidity, which can cause warping in moisture-prone spaces like basements or bathrooms.

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is 100% waterproof and holds up in high-humidity environments.

Engineered hardwood is a middle ground. It handles humidity better than solid wood but still has some limits.
