This month at Fixture Studio, we’ve been talking about how we measure success — and to us, it goes far beyond numbers.

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Karrie Gutzwiller, who was recently highlighted three separate times in the HBA newsletter for her leadership and impact across our industry.

✨ Executive Committee member, HBA Board
✨ Newly appointed to the Colorado Association of Home Builders Board of Directors
✨ Recipient of the Leadership Impact Award

The Leadership Impact Award recognizes Karrie’s work revitalizing the Parade of Homes, advancing Careers in Construction initiatives, generating approximately $44,000 in Parade revenue, and coordinating a Boise Cascade lumber donation benefiting local farmers.

This is what success looks like to us: leadership, service, and meaningful impact beyond our own walls. We’re proud to have Karrie representing Fixture Studio and setting the bar for what leadership can be.
