The Glen Lake den is a tonal, cozy space designed for relaxing, made complete by a custom entertainment center from our Black Label Line. It features a beautiful beaded door profile, metal grated door fronts, and paneled backing behind the shelves for added warmth and character.⁠

The Maple House kitchen is a great example of how thoughtful cabinetry design choices can help create a more cost effective kitchen without sacrificing beauty or function.⁠

One of the biggest budget maximizers in this space comes from eliminating upper cabinetry entirely. In many kitchens, removing uppers can reduce cabinetry costs by nearly half, while also helping the space feel more open, bright, and airy. For this project, Grace Start chose to keep the walls open and incorporate shelving instead, allowing for both decorative display and everyday dish storage.⁠

Another way to maximize your cabinetry budget is by selecting stainless steel appliances instead of panel-ready appliances, which eliminates the need for additional cabinetry panels and modifications.⁠
⁠
This kitchen also shows that highly functional storage does not always require extensive interior organizational features. There is plenty of usable storage throughout the space, including narrow corner cabinetry designed for vertical tray storage without the need for added dividers.⁠
