Bridge St Electric is a full-service retail lighting showroom featuring new and unique lighting, BRIDGE STREET ELECTRIC.....LOVE THE OLD, EXPERIENCE THE NEW!!!

Under current ownership since 1980 and serving West Michigan from the same location since 1929, Bridge Street Electric is a local, family-owned business that thrives by providing the kind of customer service that only a small business can. Features include:
* a large selection of replacement lamp shades with the trained staffing to help you expertly find and properly fit a new shade to your lamp....don't forget to bring the lamp along, as shopping for a shade without your lamp is a lot like shopping for a hat without your head!

* the largest collection of electrical parts and pieces in West Michigan (sockets, switches, etc.) that keep our repair and restoration specialists rolling....or helps make any of your do-it-yourself projects a success.

* replacement glass globes, chimneys, shades and diffusers for lamps and lighting fixtures from both today and days gone by.

* a complete light bulb section, showcasing the newest in LED technology, vintage and replica bulbs and those hard-to-find oddball bulbs that you can't seem to find anywhere!

* home decorating pieces and accessories from today's designers along side vintage, restored and repurposed blasts from the past.

* ceiling fans, light kits, accessories and controls for both indoor and outdoor applications....traditional, contemporary, industrial, nautical....too many styles to name!

* a knowledgeable and experienced staff that can help design and layout lighting plans for everything from complete, new home construction to the smallest of remodeling projects.

We get a lot of different visitors for ArtPrize, but this one is a first. How about a praying mantis parking itself on the glass in front of Princess McIllwain's "Meditation in the Garden of Stars" this morning??? That has to be some kind of sign, no?
