Schoffra's Crafting Nook LLC I’m a SAHM who enjoys crafting! I love making custom and personalized tumblers. I also make HTV totes and t-shirts. I send progress pictures/videos.

I recently switched ( 11/18/2020) to Crystalac which is the non-toxic hardener I use for my cups. After the customer and I agree on item that is to be custom made payment is required upfront in full. Customer has a right to change anything and everything while item is in my possession. Once the final product is approved and is done I will mail (for additional fee) or meet within reason. Since I se

nd videos/pictures ALL sales are final. On RTS items I will personalize for small fee and will do the same as stated above. If cups/tumblers are dropped by customer or customers family/friends I will fix cup (first 30 days only) at no additional cost.
