Flow Arts, to me, means freedom. It all began as monthly “First Friday Fire Shows” in Grant’s Pass, Oregon. ❤️ Now, we are driving around the world sharing public performances, training new performers, organizing teams, and growing the on a global scale. 💫🌎🌍🌏🚐

🔥 Fire became a theme in my life around the same time I “opened my heart”, or rather, allowed rather than resisted new love experiences that were presenting themselves quite clearly, and began living my life as a whole/individual being; one who doesn’t need another being to complete her in any way. Fire to me resembles shameless passion, heart-felt expression in all of its boldness, and certainty in one’s individual self. ❤️

Who needs birth control anyways... ⁉️🙄 Ladies, menstruation mastery happens NOW ... and in every infinite now coming! Now I’m not saying that using protection or other forms of birth control are in any ways wrong, however I am saying that...

👉✨YOU are the most powerful force in your own universe, unless you give that power up and believe more in what other people have to say about how you should live.

🤷‍♀️.....We are all going to have s*x. (Sorry Mom!!) Whether you’re looking to get pregnant or not, the healthiest and most effective form of birth control is undoubtedly taking matters into your own hands. No, this doesn’t mean going on the pill, getting an IUD, or injecting hormones into your body because statistics shows that ... blah blah blah bullsh*t. This also doesn’t mean to throwing away your condoms and “having faith” or “trusting in the universe”, so to speak. This means becoming a master of menstruation. This means discipline, consistency, and commitance to a deeper form of awareness.

What’s the secret? How did I get here, driving around the world? 😳❓

It’s time; time to elaborate. It’s time to tell the story, as my “secrets” so to speak are ready to be revealed; ready to be offered as clarity for your cultivation of a life similar for yourself.

I’m Catherine Rutan-Hart.❣️Although there are many labels I could address myself as, all I’m going to say is that I am free. I am living my dream, five countries deep into what my partner and I are calling the “Unite The World First Hand Global Movement”. It took many steps to get here, many trial and errors, many “failures”. I didn’t manifest this out of good fortune, or luck; I put in the hours, the work, and the humility. Now, many of my friends, family, and followers are asking about how I did it.

🤔So how did I get here...?

In less than one week (Saturday, June 5th) I will be revealing what happened in my life on a step-by-step basis, and launching a weekly webinar - FREE with a suggested donation/energy investment of $30-50. 🥳✨

What’s most important to me is that you show up for yourself. 🏖 There’s a perfect little stretch on Ometepe where the sand reaches out into the water, and you can walk far, with water creeping up on both sides until you reach the end point, turn around, and wait with the volcano to be kissed by colors of this island’s sunsets.

🏝 Only three more days here on 💃🔥⭕️ My first island, actually!! To say the least, this place is a whole ‘nother world, with its own climate, culture, and richness of living... and insights so clearly ready to be noticed and integrated. I’ve learned, and leveled-up here. I’ve been humbled, and shown that if I want to go on, I must “rebuilt my engine” to withstand, keep up, and thrive in a higher gear lifestyle. I’ve found another home, and once again I am saying goodbye because ultimately, this whole world is home. H-Ometepe ❤️ and it’s people have a fond little spot in my heart, and I deeply look forward to returning. Perhaps in 10 years, 15, perhaps 20, with children to continue the legacy of global and universal citizenship. ✨🌎🌞💫

🧶 Three Day Learn-to-Crochet Course💡👐🔮 An online, three-part-private-training class, geared towards enabling you the capacity to crochet and create from any beginner pattern. 🥳✨

In this course, you will learn:
🧶 How to begin a project. Selecting and sizing your yarn and hooks appropriately.
🧶 Simple stitches, which include -
- Chain stitching
- Slip stitching
- Single crochet stitching
- Double crochet stitching (and beyond)
- Magic circles
- Tying off / completing a project, weaving in the ends to create a finished look.
🧶 How to create your first project. In these three days, we will design and create your first finished piece! You may choose! 🤩👇👇
