Welcome to the 33rd floor!✨ As part of a larger commercial project for this client, we designed and furnished several areas throughout the space, including this reception area. The goal was to modernize the building while preserving its historical charm, creating a polished, professional setting that still feels warm and welcoming for clients and employees alike.

And yes, even the little things matter! Upon arrival, the TV had been installed 5' off-center, so we arranged the furnishings to bring a little balance back to the room. A pretty little reminder that sometimes, a little furniture shuffle is all it takes! 💙

A little bit cottage, a little bit castle, and a whole lot of “well, this is a nice way to come home.” ✨ We didn’t need to knock down walls or reinvent the wheel for this foyer. A few smart updates were enough to give the space a fresh look and a stronger sense of arrival.

It’s a prime example of why we don’t approach every project with the same playbook. Sometimes the transformation is big. Sometimes it’s a handful of just-right changes that make all the difference.

The art of the mix. ✨ Who says everything has to match? Here, we mixed tile shades and formats with different metal finishes to keep things interesting without making the bathroom feel busy.
