What a dramatic change walking into this kitchen for your morning coffee!
Not only are things visually updated, but of the movement and flow of the kitchen has completely changed. No longer is the client trapped in a peninsula setting. She can move around easily and more importantly, others can enter and not be in her way. What a change!

Sometimes you don’t know how far you’ve come until you look back. I love before and after photos for this very reason.
In any remodel, there’s always a ton of selections, decisions, choices. That’s one thing an interior designer can help with, but it’s still fun to compare in the end to celebrate your success.

Trades Day 2026 ~
A chance for Nevada County high schoolers to get a hands-on, interactive introduction to the trades. The possibilities, the careers, the pathways are endless and local businesses showed up strong again dedicating their time to to help these kids recognize all the possibilities.
I was proud to join the efforts again, introducing boys and girls about the field of interior design.

A bathroom remodel that brought it up to date. This bathroom offers a lot of natural light, soft curves with the round mirror and curved shower curtain rod. It’s inviting for any guest overnight or otherwise.

A quick transformation this afternoon for this sweet client. Her new furniture was delivered.

More to come with tables, art, drapes but she’s thrilled.
BEFORE & AFTER

In this kitchen, we used two different tones of a solid wood veneer, sleek line cabinets to update this kitchen. The layout stayed mostly the same which just a few adjustments that made appliances fit better and the overall flow accommodate two cooks simultaneously.

There’s still room for plenty of seating at the bar as well as an adjacent dining room table that overlook the private backyard. The electric cooktop blends in with no site of a hood. Another happy client that has a new kitchen just in time for the entertaining season.

A beautiful bathroom remodel. This bathroom had enough room to have an island vanity. We suspended the mirror from the ceiling and coordinated the weathered gold plumbing fixtures with the lighting fixtures. We removed the drop in built-in tub and replaced it with a matte black clawfoot tub with an amazing view out to windows. The shower was doubled, and also now takes advantage of the private view. There’s even a sit down makeup vanity with purposeful, natural and artificial lighting for the best make up application. I moved the toilet closet entry to be more private and extended the walk-in closet. In the end, she has a lot more storage, better walking flow and more amenities that were personalized to her.

A new picture window in the same location but everything else moved locations and became shiny and new.
