My goal is to have this space where we can move, grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit. A beautiful walk in the field-check, some glistening while in motion-also check, hang out and de-stress, we're here for that.
Bring a hat, shoes, a towel, and whatever makes you comfortable.

Yoga , Tues and Frid at 9am, 1 hour class
We tried our mermaid 🧜‍♀️ pose, with assistance from our belts/bands, then holding our foot with our hands. I think we all did better than we expected 🙌. Next, we try dancers 💃 pose !!🪷🌿🧘‍♀️

Then, at 10:30, we have a great ( 🥴) workout session!! 🤗 💪
