Having a place to share and grow my love of yoga, jiujitsu, and functional fitness is something I didn't think I would be able to do again. I am beyond blessed to have this opportunity.

I have a 200 hour certification in yoga and have been a jiujitsu/martial arts instructor and practitioner for over a decade.
