Campfire S'mores Dirt Cups

Ingredients:

- 1 box Honey Maid Graham Crackers

- 1 box (3.9 oz) Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

- 2 cups cold milk

- 1 jar (7 oz) Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme

- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip

- 3 Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Whisk the Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding and cold milk together until thick.

2. In a separate bowl, gently mix the Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme with the Cool Whip to create a fluffy marshmallow mousse.

3. Crush the Honey Maid Graham Crackers into fine, sandy crumbs.

4. In clear cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate pudding, and marshmallow mousse. Top with extra crumbs and chopped Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars.

Ingredients:

- 1 box Honey Maid Graham Crackers

- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding

- 3 cups cold milk

- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip

- 1 bag (8 oz) Diamond Chopped Pecans

- 1 blue bag (14 oz) Baker's Angel Flake Sweetened Coconut

Instructions:

1. Whisk the Jell-O Pistachio Instant Pudding and cold milk together until thick, creating a pale green pudding.

2. Gently fold the Cool Whip, half of the Diamond Chopped Pecans, and half of the Baker's Angel Flake Coconut into the pistachio pudding to create a light, textured mousse.

3. Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with Honey Maid Graham Crackers. Spread half of the pistachio mousse over the crackers. Add a second layer of crackers and top with the remaining mousse.

4. Generously sprinkle the remaining pecans and coconut over the top of the cake. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

• 1 large clear plastic tub of Fresh-Cut Watermelon Chunks from the produce section

• 1 iconic pink paper packet of Kool-Aid Pink Lemonade Unsweetened Drink Mix

• 1 bright yellow bag of Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar

• 1 freshly squeezed lemon

• 1 box of Ziploc brand sandwich bags

Instructions:

1. Take the fresh-cut watermelon chunks and pat them incredibly dry with a paper towel to remove any excess melon juice.

2. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice right over the pink watermelon cubes, tossing them gently to create a tangy, sticky base.

3. Grab a Ziploc bag and pour in that tart pink Kool-Aid Pink Lemonade packet along with a heavy pour of Domino Sugar, shaking it into a bright pink, summery candy dust.

4. Drop the lemon-soaked watermelon cubes into the bag, shake until vibrantly frosted, and pop them in the freezer for 2 hours for a perfectly sour, refreshing summer freeze!

* 2/3 cup water
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 3/4 cup milk
* Vegetable oil (for frying)
* 1 cup shredded lettuce
* 1 cup diced tomatoes
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef

* 1/2 cup diced onion
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup tomato sauce
* 1 tablespoon ketchup
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* 4 hamburger buns
* 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
* 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
* 1/4 cup sour cream

Queso Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
6 burrito size flour tortillas
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can 4 oz green chilies
1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies
16 oz queso blanco cheese
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F 190 C and lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl combine the shredded chicken taco seasoning sour cream shredded cheddar cheese and green chilies. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Lay out each tortilla and place a few spoonfuls of the chicken mixture down the center.
Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down into the prepared baking dish.
Cut the queso blanco cheese into chunks and place them into a skillet.
Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet and heat over medium low heat stirring frequently until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas in the baking dish.
Place the dish into the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the enchiladas are heated through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
