An office is a space you spend a LOT of your time in. Not only should it be a reflection of you & your business…it should make clients feel great when walking through the door. We like to mix traditional design elements with conversational pieces. This coffee table is just that! A unique piece your clients will ask you about!!

Our client wanted to update his space and was beyond thrilled with the result. Still working on finalizing art pieces that reflect both him and his business & a custom built coffee bar.

We threw quite the party Wednesday & our ❤️s are SO full!! What started as love at first sight with a quaint cobblestone on a beautiful plot of land embarked us on a 2 year journey with many twists & turns only a 1800 house could take you on😉 We set our eyes on this beauty 2 years ago in October. 1 year year later we closed on this historic home…and Wednesday we officially opened our doors with a ribbon cutting ceremony with 50 of our closest family & friends. We have poured our hearts and souls into this property and it has been quite the labor of love. Not only we’re we able to introduce Upstate Roots Design, we were also able to showcase the start of roots collection Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support!!!

What an incredible experience we had these last several days with The Staging Collective in Tampa, FL. So much incredible talent, companies, and ideas all in one room…the energy was 🔥 To then forge relationships where we were able to laugh & have fun was just the icing on the cake. Our hearts are full, our business brains are reignited and we are so pumped to implement all the knowledge we gained. Not only are we doing something we love. We are delivering a service that has proven results. We have so much more to do. And so much more to share. Your URD Gals are ready to rock 💃

It’s October 1st- Say what?! In the spirit of October my daughter and I were busy yesterday making a fall tablescape!! One of the items it included were these corn stalk pumpkins. Pretty Easy and I do not have a lot of patience when it comes to crafts so ours were far from perfect and still awesome! They are green now but will turn brown soon when the stalk leaves die…
✔️ any old pumpkin your hanging onto that you no longer like OR anything round. Mine were ugly ones I probably got from the dollar store years ago. I actually just googled too and found people have done them with the green floral foam and you just cut to the size you want!
✔️ a corn stock where you take the leaves off and the tassel part at the top
✔️ glue gun
That’s it! Mine was an older styrofoam type pumpkin so a couple years ago I cut a whole in it to put a tapered candle into it for decoration so that is an extra add on you can do as well if you choose! If you don’t use an old pumpkin you can pick some sticks for the stem and glue those on.
I also use cornstalks on my dining room ladder chandelier. I understand everyone does not have an old school ladder chandelier hanging in their home 😂 but the stalks are so versatile and can be used so many places inside vs outside. You can use them on fireplace mantles, the top of window treatments, as indoor wreaths etc. to give your home some fall flair 🎃 🍁

The Collection is a boutique home decor line inspired and curated by your URD Gals. Creating HOME for our clients is our true passion. When doing so through both staging & design…the details matter. Not only are they aesthetically beautiful, they bring you emotion and connect to your ❤️. In doing this line of work, we wanted to be able to share our love for home decor with you all…our community!! Each item is hand selected by us and we truly feel can elevate any space. Not only will we be bringing you the products to enhance your home…we will be providing our expertise on how to pull multiple pieces together for an accomplished look! We hope you will buckle up and come on this new ride with us!!
